SAMIS: Everything You Need to Know for Contracted Providers

Welcome to the SAMIS (Services and Activities Management Information System) Training Hub. SAMIS is a web-based platform being implemented by the Escambia Children’s Trust beginning spring and summer 2023. It is designed to help contracted providers track agency performance and submit reimbursement requests efficiently and accurately.

The system includes a variety of modules to help both ECT and providers manage and report on participant demographics, services, objectives, attendance, referrals, and more.

This page is your go-to resource for learning how to use SAMIS effectively. Updated guides and training videos will be posted here regularly.
