Community, Access, Resilience and Empowerment (CARE) Micro-Grants

Community Engagement and Outreach grants are available options to provide community partners with an opportunity to seek funding for existing programs, advocacy efforts, training or activities. ECT invites established, fiscally responsible local providers of high-quality services, to apply for one year of funding to create, enhance, or expand direct services and efforts to serve at risk children and youth within the identified areas of focus.  The priority age range for this opportunity is for youth 10-18 years of age as supported through research cited above. The project period will be up to 12 months, beginning on or after May 1, 2025, and going through no later than April 30, 2026.  

This CARE framework for community grants can be applied across various sectors, from health and education to environmental sustainability and orchestrating transformative outcomes that benefit the future of our community. By focusing on these core areas, the mini-grant, one-time funding options can help foster resilient, and empowered communities to support young people. 

Escambia Children’s Trust will award grants of up to $50,000.00 annually.
